I’m really at my wits end. this has been going on for 3 weeks now and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve been to 3 different doctors, 2 urologists and none of the treatments they have given me have helped. I’ve tried clotrimazole cream, hydrocortisone cream, nystatin cream, aquaphor cream to try and heal it but nothing has helped. it’s been a constant pain all the time, doesn’t seem to let up or get any improvement. In fact the last 2 days it’s been more painful than ever, nothing seems to take the edge off. it seems like it’s mainly affecting the left side of the corona and glans of my penis. I’ve been limiting movement because anytime i move it rubs again my underwear and causes excruciating pain. i don’t have any itching, just alot of redness, tenderness and pain. I’ve been tested for stis which all came back negative, and have been tested for uti which also came back negative. I’ve just been lounging around the house for a week and a half now hoping and praying that it will heal, and haven’t gotten any improvement. It’s super uncomfortable, taking a shower is horrible. I’m starting to get really depressed and suicidal because no matter what i try or do I can never get any relief. One doctor thought it was maybe balanitis but antifungal creams were of no help, I also was prescribed antibiotics for it which didn’t help the issue at all. Any advice or input would be great, I know it doesn’t look that bad but the amount of pain I’ve been in everyday is so horrible and debilitating.
Okay, looks like u tried lot of things.
It might be because if irritation of one of the nerve in pelvic region which might be radiating pain to the penis tip/glans.
Try “pelvic floor” exercises n see if it helps.
Or it could be a urinary tract infection. You need to do the urine culture and urine microscopy tests to find it out.
