Hi mate just had a good read through your post, I was diagnosed ibs a few week ago and I was worrying so much about it being something more serious, I think I have developed an anxiety disorder out of nowhere and now I'm constantaly dizzy like a head rush buzz kind of feeling and every now and then I get really lightheaded, I've now found out I have high blood pressure 150/100 so I've now started meds for that and waiting to find out about the dizzyness, but what u described is what I've been feeling, hate feeling like this, how are you feeling now? Any news?
Regards
Nathan
Hey ! Sorry for late reply.
Many symptoms are less frequent now. Off balance feeling, dizziness really rare now (happens here and there but definitely not a constant thing ) Shortness of breath is the one that stayed with me. I still have problems being anxious and hopeless.
No need to apologise, the last few days my dizzy light headed stuff has got less frequent, the anxiety tho kicks in at any time and now when working it feels like I can always feel my heart beating, weird feeling but just getting on with it
If it gets out of control seeking for help is a great thing to help with anxiety. I really hope you get well soon
I'm really trying to fight it with out meds and got some advice regarding hypnosis which I'm following up, anxiety is a crazy thing that 6 weeks ago didn't even exist in my world, now it's trying to control it hope your well too m8
I get this daily it's a horrible feeling. I have had all the test and everything normal. I've been told part of anxiety but it really is ignoring and scary. Best of luck
These were my first symptoms for my Lyme disease and coinfections. Sad thing is the symptoms can be so many things. Try to take every angle before you leave it to anxiety.
Did you take the blood test for lymes? Did u test positive? I’ve had 3 lymes tests all negatives and but keep hearing that doesn’t always mean anything. I have to see a lymes specialist soon so they can look at all my symptoms and data that has been taken from me and see if lymes still a possibility
Hahaha. Clare, you sound like a dork. Just like I am. Just listening to some of your replies, you been able to calm me down.
Which was weird you weren't even talking to me.
Sometimes during an attack, my mind will constantly beat itself up. Telling itself your different from everyone and no body likes you, you'll never find anyone. Give up on being you.
So it was nice to silliness in your replies. But still be serious as helpful. I wished you could be my mediation buddy. 😊
Wow! I know This post is old now, I am Just happy I fell into it. About two years ago I had open heart surgery I am 37 now. Well things were great for a year then last year I got afib, Starting coping with it got meds things went well for a year and things started happening, Nights were I would get strange sweats, check Bp Go to hospital, Things were fine, Adjust meds, Repeat cycle, Then One day woke up Believe it or not I had ear buds in the night before Listening to some conformations, meditations and fell asleep. I woke up the next morning and BAM! These exact symptoms could hardly walk, shortness of breath, Not really shortness but uneasy breath. Light headed not dissy, Unable to walk due to coordination, feeling unwell and just hopeless. I thought It was over. Went to the ER and Had MRI, CT, Blood work done, and nothing...absolutely nothing...So Frustrating. Well primary doc says with what I went through it has to be PTSD? I am happy to be alive? I dont like feeling like this? This is strange. I hope you find comfort your not alone. Some days for me are better than others. I have to watch my blood pressure like a hawk, thats not fun, I dont sleep well, I have on set panic. I hate it. I feel great somedays. I had to quit my job 3 months ago due to the functions also doc said the afib was getting better with working out but I was overdoing maybe causing this panic attacks. who knows. I just keep pushing on and thankful when I wake up. I play the lotto everyday haha. I hope things are well with you know I just had another MRI and some blood work. Hope they figure I am not losing my mind. I dont do drugs or alcohol so I just do not get it. I hope maybe you have some advice by now. haha Thanks for the stumble and being brave enough to post
Hi Happyguy, i have the same symptoms as you.in addition, my doctor find out that i have gastritis, peptic ulcer and erosion from the intestine thru colonoscopy and endoscopy.i have to go under medication and it went well.but the dizziness, anxiety, acidic/stomach upset (butterfly in the stomach) and headaches are still there + body and head sensation/pressure...i am taking escitalopram for my anxiety and i dont think its helping me.since my doctor insisted me to take it,i am just finishing the last tablets. I went already to a neurologist, gastro doctors, psychiatrist and a bit fustrated coz no immediate heal/solutions of what im suffering.i can see the gradual improvement but not 100%.still anxiety, depression, fatigue and stomach upsets are come and go. Now im trying this nutritionist as they told me that i have food intolerance(leaky gut).i hope that we will attain our 100% recovery.
Keep in touch.
