Constantly poorly, please help me!

This may be long winded but please bare with me, I am desperately looking for answers!

So in August 2016 my symptoms started. It started off with feeling extremely nauseous every single morning. Then slowly I began to feel sick throughout the entire day but it still at its worst in the AM. Then I started getting headaches, and constant tiredness. Tiredness that not even 5 days sleep could cure. I struggle to even keep my eyes open throughout the day yet I can't always sleep at night. Then my lips started swelling and I started getting hives all over my body that would come and go now and then along with rashes (although I haven't had rashes for a while) . My skin hurts to touch and will feel bruised instantly sometimes even from the slightest bump. I get hot like my blood is boiling inside me but my toes, nose and fingers are always freeeeezing cold. Sometimes I feel like I'm not in my own body. And every couple of months I get a horrific cough. Also it may be worth adding that I've had problems with my tonsils since I was younger. Now I've got one massive gaping hole in the one tonsil and they're both permanently swollen with cyst looking sacks on them, could this be a cause ?? One doctor at an out of hours clinic was convinced I had lupus yet my doctors survey did 1 blood test on a follow up from that and brushed it away. The same walk in clinic also suggested fibromyalgia but actual doctors don't seem to want to help me. I am constantly nauseous now and physically throwing up, also my eyesight has gotten noticeably worse since all this started. I don't even know what forum to post this in as it covers so much I just hope someone can give me some advice, someone can relate or someone can just give me any scrap of help at all because I'm honestly at a loss now I feel so depressed and my life has stopped because I'm too ill to do anything. Please help me

I forgot to add recently I'm also extremely dizzy and my balance is terrible. I can't stand up straight with my eyes closed without almost falling over and I can no longer walk in a straight line toe to heal.

Sounds like you could have multiple things wrong. Part of it does sound like lupus. There are 3 tests that need to be done to rule that out. Not just one. A rheumatologist would run all of them. Lupus can cause hives, rashes, and muscle/joint pain. Have you also had your gallbladder checked? Could be causing the nausea. It did for me. Even if you don’t have pain where your gallbladder is, it can still not be functioning. Or maybe kidneys/liver. Your tonsils definitely need to be evaluated by an ENT for removal to take care of that. And have you been tested for anemia OR iron. Could be causing your hot/cold temps.

A lot of your symptoms are classic carbon monoxide poisoning symptoms. Please make sure that's not an issue. Otherwise des91 has good suggestions, primarily to see a Rheumatologist for testing..
