Hi everyone,
I've had stomach bloating and constipation for well over a year now and the symptoms only seem to be getting worse. My kidneys now start to ache every morning and I suffer from leg numbess in my left leg. The bloating and constipation in my stomach seems to be coming from the left hand side. Whatever this is, it really is annoying me now.
I was just wondering if anyone has experience similar symptoms or can point me in the right direction of help, as the GP keeps saying its IBS! But the symptoms seem to get worse the healthier I eat, i.e more blockages.
Any help would be appriciated!

I'm only guessing here, but if you are taking calcium supplements the unabsorbed calcium could be coating your veins and causing kidney problems.
i would stop them and get calcium from diet (parmisan or other hard cheeses have loads of calcium)
A friend told me that phosphoric acid actually dissolves kidney stones away, and that means drinking a can of coca cola a day ( don't get addicted )
it also helps a lot with stomach acidity problems!!
anyway its only only a guess and I'm not a doctor!

Have you tried taking fibrogel that helps with the constipation won't harm you to try
