Constipation, Could Be Serious?

Hi, I am a relatively long term sufferer of microscopic enteritis and fructan + lactose malabsorber, long term CFS sufferer and high in thyroiditis antibodies but asymptomatic . I usually get diarrhea after big meals, always within 20 minutes of eating moderate amounts of fructans or lactose. Occasionally i get alternating constipation, however it usually subtle and only happens once. Since the 21st i have gone to the toilet twice, both passed minimal faeces and constipated, that would be once every 4 days from this post. I have eaten large amounts of fructans and lactose, and 5 different christmas dinners and have had 0 diarrhea. Though i have no Diarrhea very strangely, i do have gut pain, rather than just generalised gut pain it feels specific to mid to left side of the gut (if looking down on yourself from your own eyes), a similar pain to when i need to pass Diarrhea. I have been feeling weak and tired, more so than normal, my breath has been really bad even though i always upkeep good mouth hygiene. Now the fact that i have red flagged Diarrhea triggers multiple times and still have constipation, minimal faecal passing and gut pain should i be worried? Could this be faecal impaction or faecal obstruction? Something like my thyroid triggering symptoms or just i have not drunk enough water?

You have a lot going on that I don’t understand. However, with constipation, try a laxative and try eating more fibre. Otherwise, see your doctor for further advice.
