Hi Sorry your having a bad time

I have diarrhoea and bad stomach ache,Ive had the camera down my throat and a CT scan all was ok,they say its IBS

Get checked at the doctors for your piece of mind

Going to go down two different avenues in this for you. One is concrete and the other is meta physical both are useful.  Concrete is check any medicines you take and be sure it is not medically induced as a side effect. Drink half your body weight in ounces of liquid a day. Coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil is a great additive to your diet. You can google recipies or get a suppliment. Prunes, prune juice, pears..increased levels of vitamin c, magnesium citrate(pill) side effect is bowel movements. Have the time to sit in the bathroom to make a movement. Be sure you are getting in some form of activity every day even if its walking for a half an hour. Many are too rushed and busy. When you wake drink a full glass of cold water. Thats the concrete answer or help. meta ohysically you probably tend to hold in your feelings a lot. You might be a bit anal retentive in life and like everything the way you want it and organized and a certain eay. Release your inhibitions. Be spontaneous. Try to find a release for your feelings maybe dancing to music, walking, a hobby, anything that gives you a release. I thought id throw in the meta physical aspect. Why not. It probably has a bit to do with your anxiety levels anyway. Pinterest is a great place to find answers for this too.

Sorry you feel rough.  You sound very stressed. If it helps any, most people I know who have anxiety have either constipation or diarrhoea - never normal bowel habits. After reading up on it I found it is suggested that at times of stress your digestion gets very sluggish and ineffective. Stress hormones released affect gut motility, nutrient absorption and elimination. Making changes to your diet to ease digestion and elimination should help you slowly get back on track. Staying hydrated, fresh food, some fiber, maybe some probiotics, healthy oils and fats etc. I see some good advice below as well. Research this a little and choose what works for you. If nothing helps you can always see a doctor for some blood test though i believe it is probably nothing more ominous than stress related. Feel better!
