Hi 19 year old male having sone issues with constipation. For about 3-4 weeks now I have had some issues with emptying bowels which had become increasingly stressful for me. I have no blood in my stools as I recently got tested for the issue. But I can never fully empty myself and I am getting cramps/wind pains around my stomach and lower body, including some minor back pains.

I went to my doctor who felt if I had any lumps which I did not. See gave me some medication for the matter which dosent seem to help at all but give me diarrhea. Im really confused and worried. Im always paranoid that I might have bowel cancer and this issue is really dragging me down thats it's depressing me and stopping me from going about my daily life. I just don't know what to do..

You do not have bowel cancer. Your physician has checked you out. Please try to relax.

Many foods cause gas. Perhaps you will feel better if you avoid gluten.

Also consider prunes or peaches or raisins to help keep things moving.

Stress and worry is making you feel worse I'm sure! Try drinking plenty water, maybe a litre at least daily and keep a diary of foods etc that make you feel better or worse! Believe me, stress is a terrible thing when it comes to your gut! See GP regularly, he or she will be monitoring you. Good luck!
