Last week consultant told me to cut back on fyber to help with my diarrhoea. I have and it seams to be working this morning. I am feeling so confident I have been to Sainsbury's this morning and done some shopping. For those who don't know me that's a big step forward. X

My GP surgery said they will arrange bloods when I get appointment for sigmoidoscopy. I am doing a lot better since like stoped all the fyber I went abit overboard on it. I still have some fybergel so if I get constipated I can take it. Thankyou for asking I really appreciate it
