I live in Australia and I can relate to what people are discussing. I experienced this 2 years ago and have since have continous symptoms which have effected my personal and work life. I have been to a neurologist and ENT specialist and still do not have an answer. I have also seen a physiotherapist and done manovres for the Benign Vestible Vertigo which slightly improves my life.
Currently I am having acupunture to relax and this has eased my anxiety.
I have never experienced high blood pressure before however now take tablets. I dont like going into a shop and bright lights and noise irritate me so I leave the shop very quickly.
People including my family do not realise how debilitating this experience is. Drinking any alcohol also effects me.
My doctor has prescribed anti depressents however I am reluctant to take them.
I would like to know how people are coping and what mechanisms have assisted as I feel like curling up and not getting out of bed . I am still working full time however due to fatigue am struggling.
I welcome comments to assist me please, I do feel relieved knowing that people are experiencing the same symptoms and sympathise with you.
