I have got two children last one 3 months old I had with bad anxiety and panic attacks so don't want to be pregnant again hormones don't agree with me I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions and experiences thanks
Hi! I was the same - tried all kinds of contraception but the hormones gave me all kinds of side effects. Reluctantly got the copper coil as I felt there were no other options - really didn't like the idea of it but I can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did. No worrying and although it took a little while to settle, I have had no problems since - not even the side effect of heavier/longer/more painful periods (which is usually the only side effect) - I take vitamin E during my period which makes them less painful than before!!! Hope this helps

Yes i also agree copper coil is a good alternative to hormaonal medicines. But, don't be so sure that there won't be any side effects. If you choose copper coil, be attentive to note any abnormal pain or other discomforting symptoms.
