Hi, I started taking the combined contraceptive pill about 2 weeks and haven't missed any days but today I started getting mild cramps, spotting, some nausea, breast tenderness (whole chest and armpit area mainly) and also itchy around the nipple area. I am kinda worried as I have 5 days left before my pill break, is this normal or has anyone else experienced this??

These can be side effects of the oestrogen. When you say whole of chest and armpit area, do you mean underneath your breasts you are getting pain as well? Like where your lungs are? Because pleurisy can give you sharp chest and armpit pain.
