Has anyone had trouble with their body temperature? I seem to get the night sweats, but also have times where i get the chills and cover myself in blankets till i return to normal. I am 50 with no period for about four months.

I am in Peri .. me too facing this issues..sometime time super hot my body i feel as of i have fever and sometimes chill..its harmones made like this i guess.

Hi Michelle, I get very cold at times, CHILLED TO THE BONE ACTUALLY!!But also do be careful because this has been happening to me for awhile, I ignored it and then i actually had an ear infection and then started running a fever and still thought menopause!! funny huh, Then the doc got upset because i ignored it, REALLY THOUGHT IT WAS MENO…xxxx I get really cold especially at night!
Ten years post, still getting hot flushes day and night, I feel the cold so much, I ask my family how can they wear t-shirts when I feel so cold!! and it is actually quite a warm day, one good thing is that now I don’t complain about heat waves over here in England, they’re just warm days to me now 
I suppose this feeling the cold is down to hormones, I put it down to age, maybe it’s a mix of both?
