Two weeks ago I woke up feeling really sore and itchy. I thought it was a yeast infection. I've been married for 13 yrs, I don't cheat nor husband so herpes was the last thing on my mind. But whie googling I saw that the virus can lay doormat for years. I've been looking down there obsessively looking for anything. I see nothing but redness/irritation. I used an OTC yeast infection kit. It did nothing. Then a few days later I notice this rash looking thing on lower back. Looks like 5 tiny stractes. Well I'm convinced it's a herper rash. I went to my OB and he said he saw nothing resembling herpes & put me on 3 days worth of Dufuclan (sp?). It's done nothing! Main itch is coming from my anus and he didn't even look in it or around it. I think I have anal herpes. And just now looked in my vagina and I see a stracth looking thing.
My daughter shares my wash cloth when we bath ( I rinse it out but still wet when I give it to her). I'm scared to death that she caught this from me and that CPS is going to take her away thinking we abuse her. If it's HSV 2 and it only passed gentially what could that chances she got it from me?
Please help! I'm freaking out. I haven't ate in days!
