Hi I'm Jay 37 smoked since 15 only smoke around two aday . I'm not sure if I have copd or asthma or even just plem on chest . I do suffer from health anxiety . I send doc on Fri with a tickle in chest and lower throat the V part . Feels like I have trouble breathing but I'm not sure . Did thinks season asthma from hayfever but inhalers don't work . Laying down helps a bit . Did have lung function test last Dec was told only that I have lungs of a 36 year old . Sorry for next bit have coughed up light yellow mucus this morning. I made myself go out do 8 hours gardening sat with no prob ..Any help be great X
Sounds like nothing to worry about to me to be honest.
Well it's clear you haven't got copd then. You might have a chest infection as this can be the cause of coloured mucus. I wish I could do 1 hour of gardening without feeling knackered!
