I have been on flixotide  for nearly 3 years 

I nearly put on a stone 

I do exercises  and lifting and not eating to much 

But not loosing any weighed

What I would like to know  is this Can I just stop toking Flixotide

There's nothing in the manufacturer's info to indicate it puts on weight.   Have you talked to your doctor about this?

I presume this is an inhaling substance.

Do you know whether this one is a steriod inhaler, as any steroid medicine can make you put on weight.

At the end of the day, and you have a good relationship with your doctor, speak to them about your worries and see if they can put you on another inhaler.
