I had a Spirometery Test Done at Hospital Weeks ago and scince then I have recived a blue inhaler had one of these scince I was 33
dose not work at all or the Steriod inhaler dosnt work either so what can I have to stop my breathlessness as nothing seems to be working going to see gp in the morning breathless just comes on when I walk a small amount
I dont have a Cough at the Moment but get really tired doing small of housework.

i use a inhaler called “trimbow” which has asteriod in it. i’m fine walking on level ground but to walk a a slight incline in the street would get a bit breathless and sometimes pain in my chest.
Hi all I’m new to this but I do have questions about COPD. After my mum passed away suddenly I had blood clots on my lungs. After coming off warfarin I had another clot on my lungs. This was when my breathlessness started. I only had to walk short distances before I had to stop to catch my breath. My GP sent me to the chest clinic. I was given one of those tube things to do everyday then went back to see him. He wasn’t very nice and looked at the results then at me and decided that it was due to my weight and emphacema sorry can’t spell. He gave me just the blue inhaler. I’ve just had to change doctors and I felt I needed something else to loosen things up. He said I should have been on something else for my empathcema. The asthma nurse came to see me as I’m housebound now. She listened to my chest then asked me to do that tube thing. She then said I had COPD. I’ve never smoked and wondered if you can get this without being a smoker. I don’t cough anything up which I thought was a symptom. I’m not sure which diagnosis is correct now. I do get out of breath very easy so I’ve had to move to a ground floor flat. I’m sorry for such a long message I get carried away sometimes. Any advice would be gratfully received thank you
