Has anyone tried corn from the food processor or blender? I miss corn. Julie

I have eaten stuff like corn bread and tortillas, but in moderation with no I’ll effects. But those don’t have the skins either.

I have it not sure. I am doimg what the hospital doctor’s told me and addding new foods little at a time to see what my body will adjust too. Everyone body is different in this process. Good luck :grimacing::grin::+1:

NO but several times s few slipped through . i watch corn and wont chance it. i too have eaten corn muffins but only on occasion. i am careful. i do not want another attack.

yes! yes! yes! . Eating more seeds, nuts, corn, and popcorn actually DO NOT get caught in pouches —its a myth!!! These foods are thought to be somewhat anti-inflammatory, and therefore may protect against diverticulitis.

if you miss it, eat it. don’t go over board, MODERATION!!!
skins, nuts, and seeds are excellent sources of fiber and by avoiding them due to diverticulitis by thinking they will get caught in pouches is a MYTH . some of the very best in the U.S , such as the MAYO CLINICS will tell you that there is NO Scientific evidence of this! I highly doubt any Doctor is giving this bad advice today – its what they thought years and years ago…
