Hi. Asmanex hfa 200 mcg 4 puffs a day caused me dizziness(which lasted a week), panic attacks, shakiness, depression, and anxiety. Doctor gave the inhaler for my lung inflammation, I took it for only 3 days until side effects. Its been 55 days since I quit it, most symptoms gone, but anxiety still there, I also having this forehead pressure/tingling sensation. I did not know whats anxiety before taking that poison. Anyone experienced anything like this? How long it will take me to get back to normal? I exersise, take omega 3 6 9 and iron, dont wanna be on meds. Any help appreciated. Thanks
