I am 5 weeks out from knee replacement and doing as well as expected. I have always had a problem with both knees and now I am worried my other knee won’t last long enough to have it replaced. I have a torn meniscus now. Can I get a steroid shot in it or would it affect the healing in my new knee?
I do not think so. Shots will affect both knees but not in a way that is harmful. It should provide good result for both knees specially the one that seems to be a problem.
