hello all- i wanted to know if any of you with costo has clicking or popping type feelings in your chest or back? it almost feels like ribs coming out of place or something? even just moving my arms certain ways or taking a deep breath sometimes i feel a pop. its nerve wracking! and has anyone gotten the backpod and it worked for them? i purchased one and am waiting for it to come does anyone have hypermobile joints? (sometimes i feel like this is why i have the popping joints and thinking i have a hypermobile syndrome) i am trying to stay positive that the backpod will help me, any advice or conversation is welcome thanks!
I have been having the same for the past couple of years. My sternum always pops and my ribs always feel as if they are shifting. So unsettling. Let me know if you get anymore info.
