Cough and low fever during the evening and no appetite for 12 days

I visited a doctor and pulmanarist had I had clear chest xray no on seems to know what i have. I have a dry cough and fever 90 or so comes every evening for the past 12 days. Blood work is normalThey said possibly its a viral infection. any advise. thanks

Did you have a cold? Do you smoke or I bide anything that’s not natural, have you moved house, anything changed
