Cough with 4 months

Hi can anyone help me with this , I've a dry cough with 4 months it comes and goes , I also suffer from sinus , it's the cough is worryme , I've been to Drs on a few occasions, I've had antibiotics steroids and inhalers but no good , I had a chest X-ray Monday and I'm worried sick over it , I rang the hospital today and there's no report on it yet , it's worse at night

You are not alone. I have had a bad cough since December 2016 and have had antibiotics twice, cough medicines, cough sweets, ventolin inhaler and an x-ray which I am waiting for the results for. I have also been asked to do a spirometery test as well. I hope that we will get answers soon as I am so frustrated and find it hard to walk just for 10 minutes but usually I can work 4 miles with no problem

So what happens now? You may have the same thing as me and I need to know how to get better as I am Really fed up

Apparently everyone second person have it , what's that spirometers test ? I haven't heard of that , maybe I should request that

Hi, 

I have been experience the SAME thing, mucus coming from the nose, doctor said I had infection but the xrays say i am fine and inhalers only do a temporary good and it's not asthma either and I get tightness in the chest sometimes and have trouble breathing especially at the throat

Hi Daniel it's such a horrible thing , mine have eased now with a few days , but it could start up again, hope you get some relief , I do suffer sinus problems so it sounds it could be connected

How have you been treating it?

I'm on a nasal spray dymista is the name of it , I really find since I started this , it has really helped me ,I've taken everything, last day I went to gp I met a different dr , then my own gp , and he prescribed this , and I honestly think it has worked

I am using a nasal spray and going to give it time to see if it works. Do you get tired easily and get tired walking more than 10 minutes

Yes I have no energy whatsoever , I'm also taking a lot of vitamins at the moment , I had it since start of Dec , it would ease and come back as bad as ever I'm not 2 bad walking now I do get a bit breathless
