Hello I currently have a chest infection an am on antibiotics . Today I coughed up yellow phlegm with darker yellow flecks in after doing my physio.
This is the antibiotics working. As long as you take things as easy as possible whilst you are taking them, and drink plenty of water, things should gradually improve. I'm not feeling so well today which is annoying as the weather looks really nice, but our problem can flare up any time. Hope you are feeling a bit better by now.

Hi, me again. I'm wondering if you have improved at all. Also, I suppose you do physio exercises to bring the rubbish up. This really is essential. And I hope you are not doing anything really strenuous until you have at least finished the antibiotics.
