please help anyone with advise. I collapsed 4 months ago. when the medics came they said I was possible Afib. but by the time I got to the hospital, I was normal. ive been to the cardiologist and wore a monitor. he said I was fine but I don't feel fine. my heart races all the time, I get palpitations and chest pain too. im afraid that cuz they didn't catch it on the monitor, Im at risk for a stroke. can someone relate?
how long did you wear the monitor? Your rapid heart rate could be due to anxiety. Try relaxing your mind and see if that helps. There’s all kinds of anxiety meditations on YouTube that will calm you down. The more you worry, the more you will have those symptoms. I know what the worry is like. I would think that if the doctor was concerned, he or she would have done more.
