Could have sworn this was herpes but negative IGG at 8 weeks

Eight weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a new partner. About 10 days later I developed a sore where my underwear sits and sort of assumed it was a combination of my underwear rubbing, it being very hot and humid so I get sweaty, and irritation as I wear a pantyliner everyday and that sometimes rubs too.At that same time, I got my pap test results back saying it was positive for HPV (as well as my second time of cancer cells) . The sore healed up and I almost forgot about it as I was dealing with having a procedure to get rid of the cancer cells. Maybe a week after that, I developed a sore on the inside of my front lip, like a canker sore which went away in about two days.
Last week Thursday the sore below showed up, along with a big hive on my upper thigh. In looking at pictures, I could have sworn the sore was herpes. The sore did sort of blister and break open, it hurt a lot and my skin burned. By Sunday it looked like an ulcer but Monday it barely hurt anymore, except the burning in my skin continued. Tuesday I started to wonder if I had a yeast infection as the burning was worse and now I had lots of white discharge. I’ve never had one so I wasn’t sure and unable to get into see my doctor, I went and got an over the counter treatment. My skin looked burnt but the burning has pretty much stopped and my skin is looking a bit better today.
Yesterday I went and got a blood test for HSV 1 and 2 and today both came back negative. The lab says the test is typically accurate 4-6 weeks past exposure and I’m at 8 weeks, but they also say to get retested at 12 weeks. With having had the two sores, I was pretty sure I had HSV2, but wouldn’t having an outbreak make it more likely for the test to be positive now vs it taking my body up to 4 more weeks to test positive? Could the sore be related to the yeast infection or perhaps cellulitis from shaving? I couldn’t find anything saying HPV causes blister/sores/ulcers.

12 weeks should be good. but a swab test is the best definitive answer. since you had a negative I would say it’s a good sign.
