Recently, i have been experiencing some symptoms such as; nausea, lightheadedness , headaches, bruising, muscle aches, fatigue and strange hunger pangs. However, i started to get pain in my bottom back gum, which bleeds when i brush my teeth, following this, i decided to look inside my mouth with a torch and could see maybe, what i think is a little bit of bone, with gum overlapping it, there is also a bad odor to it.
I have started to experience earaches, headaches and lymph node pain, now i don’t know whether if it is infected or if its just naturally painful due to growing in. Could the other symptoms such as the nausea and fatigue be caused by a tooth infection? i just don’t know whether to go t the dentist or just leave it.
