Hi i'v just found this site and wondering if i might be able to get some answers/help. I have Fibromyalgia so suffer from alot of pain alover my body, however about ten weeks ago i started with a real bad dull aching pain in the bottom of my back and into my right buttock and side i went to my doctor and she increased my medication and sent me for some x rays as i have an old fracture in my spine the x rays came back showing no change from previously i'm also booked for a bone scan on the 27th of this month, i told my doctors that i knew it was'nt my fibro pain as it was much different. In the last few weeks the pain in my left side and lower back has become much worse its like something pulling round my bowel area im constipated and having to take laxitives my tummy is swollen but then saying that i do have ibs, Today the pain is all across my lower abdomen i have indesgestion and feel sick most of the time iv started getting spots which i haven't had since my teens. I'm constantly passing water and when i do i can go again a minuite later, i'm also really tired and run down again its a different tired to my fibro. Although i don't work i am usually quite active but in the last week i have only been out of my flat once and that was because i had to. Has anyone got any ideas as i'm really fed up with feeling like this. Thanks
Hi Nicola,
I have the same thing as you fibro pain and constant urination especially at night. I recently had a check for a prolapsed uterus, but all was fine. My GP has now referred me to a urologist, I am wating for the appointment. I have pain across my abdomen and in my lower back. All my urine samples have come back normal. You dont mention how old you are. Sometimes when you get to a certain age your bladder becomes overactive and there is help for this. If the constant urination persists go back to your GP and ask to see a urologist, also ask her for a prolapse test while you are there... Best wishes....
Hi Lilian,

Hi Nicola
I have had an ovarian cyst and can honestly say the pain I got from it was like no other pain I have ever experienced. It does sound to me more like a urinary tract infection. Ovarian cysts tend to give you pain like the worst period pain you have ever had - and it is relentless and doesn't go away. My cyst had twisted round killed the ovary and damaged the fallopean tube - had to be removed. I hope you are feeling better
