I’ve had these bumps and i never Really noticed them until now. I dont Know if they are normal or not but i am Scared! I recently went to the dr and i have A throat infection and ear infection on the left side all the throat infection symptoms are similar to std symptoms and I’m scared that maybe it’s not just a throat infection. Are these normal? Because i been stressed a little too much over it and i just Want answer now so that i can Be in peace.

Maybe you just have strep. I don't know what STD causes ear and throat infections. You need to go back to your doctor ASAP or go see a specialist like an ENT(ear, nose, and throat) Doctor.
