Me and my boyfriend have been together for about 1 and a half years and have been completely monogamous. I have given him oral sex while I have had a cold sore present. I only think he has had a cold sore once in his life when he was a child.
We both went to a sexual health clinic and got tested for any stds and both our results came back negative. However, we didn’t get tested for herpes because we both had no sores on our genitals.
About a week ago my boyfriend found a lump on his penis and it was quite big and abit red but not scabby or anything. He popped it and white gunk came out and abit of blood.
He went to the sexual health clinic to get it looked at and the women looked at it and said it was a cyst, and that he had cured it him self but not to pop it next time. It was because he had shaved in that area and didn’t moisturize and then it grew into a cyst.
It is healing and not scabbing or anything and I had sex with him 1 day ago while it was still there, we used a condom but it broke and the cyst came in contact with my vagina. Could it still be herpes and the doctor at the clinic just got it wrong? And could I get anything on my vagina from it?
