Hello,
I'm only 23 but I have heard it happen.
My periods stopped 3 months ago all blood tests have come back normal but they are just not returning
Anyone have any idea or been through something similar?

Hi Beth
It sounds highly unlikely to be early menopause, especially if you have had the blood tests done.
Worry, stress, weight gain or loss can disrupt periods. I had a similar thing in my late twenties and my periods returned in due course. I was going through a stressful situation at the time.
All the best.😊
Beth my periods stopped for 9 months when I was your age due to stress
I broke up with my long term partner and moved away to work
Eventually went to thd docs who carried out tests, all normal, they told me my periods would return when my body settled down and they did
My gran had early onset meno at age 36, suppose it could be possible, blood tests would show what your fsh levels are
Good luck xx
Yes see this was the first thing going through my head but im not stressed in the slightest, things really couldn't be better
I am losing weight but doctor said its not weight related
I don't do excessive exercise so not that, just find it extremely strange and it's irritating me not knowing what's going on.
Hopefully will reappear shortly
Thanks
Hi Beth
I know that weight loss or weight gain affected my periods in my twenties and thirties. Also the simple fact that you are worrying about the absence of your periods, could be unknowingly stressing you out! Hopefully things will settle soon.
