Hello 27y male here. Here are my symptoms : * frequent urination * urinating with lower volume and after i finish few drops end in my underwear * microscopic blood in urine * i have weaker ejaculation , its nothing terrible but its take longer to refill up? * on and of mild pain right behind testicles and in testicles i had cystoscopy, CT scan, a ultrasound of testicles nothing wrong here. Could it be prostatis?
Try checking with pelvic physio therapist.

Go see a urologist. It is likely you have an infection which can be treated with antibiotics.
Do yourself a favour and get a full blood count before you see the urologist as the results
should help him speed up obtaining a correct diagnosis and your treatment. Best wishes!
You’ve already been talking with a urologist about it so I’d focus on what he/she says the diagnosis could be. Prostatitis is one of those diagnoses that is determined by process of elimination of all other potential causes. It’s also one that has several different types, both caused by bacterial infection and in other cases not. Since you have had your urine tested it’s unlikely to be an infection unless it is deep in the prostate. In that scenario a urologist can obtain what’s called expressed prostatic fluid by massaging your prostate and capturing any expressed fluid on a slide for microscopic examination, or if nothing comes out immediately, collecting a urine specimen the next time you urinate.
