Hi esra,
Lichen sclerosis is a vulval condition that typically starts in its upper third (i.e. the clitoral area); the vaginal entrance (but not the vagina itself) can be narrowed as the condition progresses. The commonest presenting symptom is extreme itching.
Your photos do not show the clitoral area clearly but I can’t see anything resembling LS.

Is there anything in the clitoril region?
It looks ok, but as I said women with LS would also be complaining of severe itching and you haven’t mentioned if you have this.

No itch = no LS
Please read my earlier post- vagina is not affected in LS.

Sorry, I don’t know. Try to see a gynaecologist or your family doctor.
