I have sex almost once a month, and these lumps have been present on my penis for about a month. What can it be? Thanks for helping.

the growth pictured in the middle left side resembles molluscum contagiosum. it is not harmful but it is very stubborn and tricky to treat. i hope you are able to find out what it is.
