These red angry looking small bumps have turned up on the head of my penis and i am keen to know if you think these are Herpes or Balanitis or anything else.
They aren't painful, slightly sensitive if i touch them. Please take a look at the photos, you will see a cluster of small angry red spots and two larger ones on the edge of the gland.
I haven't had these before, though i may have had the odd very small red spot but nothing noteworthy. What is noteworthy however is that I had two sexual encounters in the last two weeks and these red spots have coincided with these meetings, having appeared in just the last week.
