so i was just checking on myself this morning and noticed a few small bumps under my tip. It's been a long weekend so I haven't had a chance to shower much but have been sexually active. Could these be a form of dirt or lack of wash or could they be herpers? I plan to go to the doctor but I want to know first hand
Unless it looks like classic herpes (and only half do, and yours don't), it's hard to say with any certainty. Did you have unprotected sex within the last week?
Best thing is to ask for a swab test for herpes when you see your doctor. Make the appointment asap, as older bumps may give false results. Fyi, the swab test is the best test possible when there are lesions to swab.

Initial symptoms can arise within a couple of days, although bumps/ulcers might take a couple of days longer than that. Your bumps don't look like classic herpes and were pretty quick to appear, so it may not be herpes, but as noted, you can only confirm it one way or the other by getting it swabbed for herpes asap.
