Could these be Herpes ? I did not have any blisters I just see a sore

im not an expert this looks like herpes, specifically the cluster closer to your anus. Have you been checked?

yes looks a lot like herpes .. get a swab and a blood test if blood test
come back negative test again in 3-4months

the cluster close to my anus was moluscum.

Looks like herpes to me! You should get it checked out! Also test for syphilis as well they can be confusing at times!

i had it swabbed it was not herpes just an infected spot. And the doctor said it definetly did not look like one either .
