Could this be a possible STD or HIV?

So me and my partner are 20 and we have been having sex for 8-10 months approx. Our foreplay becomes rough at times and either one of us bleeds. Its mostly her bleeding when I finger her roughly. We have unprotected sex most of the times.

The thing is, we have unprotected sex sometimes without even noticing that either one of us is bleeding.

Now assuming that neither of us have HIV or any sort of STD from our past, could it still be possible to get any of it just because she bleeds and I insert regardless? I've heard from people that just by their blood(regardless of they having HIV or STD) the other one gets infected. So what are the possibilities and what can I do?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I am new here.

Thank you in advance.

It's up to you two how you have sex, but it's unusual for it to cause bleeding, especially on a regular basis.  Unless it's the roughness that turns you both on, then maybe you could ease off a little??

If either of you has an STI, then it can be transmitted by unprotected sex, whether there's any blood or not, though the risk will be higher if there's bleeding.

Yes, we've now eased off a little since it has happened a few times.

But as I said, assuming both of us are clean i.e. not having any STI, is there still any chances of having STI?

I had done my test last year and it turned out to be negative. I'll be doing her test soon but I doubt she'd be infected as well, that's why I am asking assuming both are clean.....
