idk if my vulva is swollen but it seems as if I have a std. I also been experiencing pale yellow discharge along with pelvic pain from time to time. I haven’t experienced any itching or burning

i dont see a picture so hard to give an opinion. with the pelvic pain i would absolutley go see your OB or a local health clinic to have std testing done just to be safe.
