Ive been with this girl for a few months and we have had sex about 5 times one of those times being unprotected. we have done oral on each other unprotected every time but piv has been protected except for one time. i had pretty bad itching and pain in my entire urethra but the doctor gave me some doxycycline and that cleared up the itching and burning at my shaft but now there is an ulcer at the tip of my penis hole. this has been here for about a week and ive never had this issue until a few days after i had unprotected piv sex. i have attached a picture of what it looks like, and aside from some general itchiness around my testicles and pubes i dont have any other symptoms.
