So I have been tested 3 times within the last 2 years for hsv 1 and hsv 2 using both iGg and igm test...they have all came back negative, however I have never had a swab test done. I have been itching uncontrollably around my anus on and off for years now. I thought it was because I had received stitches there after giving birth but that was 10 years ago. When I go to the doctor, they usually say it looks like diaper rash from maxi pads and give me an ointment cream. However looking at it again this morning I'm scared that it's herpes. What do you think.
Sorry, I was unable to post a pic, but I will describe. Around anus looks raw and light in color. It looks like white bumps but when I zoomed in it looks like heeled scars from scratching. It is semi red and swollen. If anyone can tell me how to post a pic, I will.
