Could this be a herpes breakout. Its not really itchy other than when im sitting too long, one of the bigger ones felt slightly irritated to touch. Cleared up without leaving scars..

No, it looks like butt acne. Wear loose clothing and make sure to shower after working out or sitting for long periods of time. You can use acne wipes and they will go away.
