Could this be herpes or a bad yeast infection

i had intercourse on friday last week. the sex was hard and caused alot of friction and stuff so the guy decided to take off the condom without telling me....but thats another story. anyways. after the sex i was burning a little bit...then as time goes on where i was originally burning there looks like some type of growth. idk how to explain it. now i have small sores and its only been a week. i have had really bad yeast infections to the point where i would have break outs on my vagina and the last time i got a really bad one was when i had sex with the same guy. i went to the er and the nurse took one look and called it herpes. deep down i do not believe its herpes i think its a bad yeast infection due to how quickly the sores came. i dont have any small blisters or any of that. just a few sores. i really dont believe this is herpes because you know when youre body is just telling you thats not it. has anyone had chronic yeast infections like this that looked like herpes but was not?

Lola 52653 it is herpes you just have to understand the simple fact I was diagnosed in nov 11 2014 they had a nurse come in and tell me the same that it was herpes I thought maybe it wAs a soap I was using are yeast infection yeast don't causes sores the reason she said its herpes cause you have open lesions down in you vagina area like I did its herpes Hun

My initial outbreak was just how you described this. I had sex and two days later i had about 8 small sores that burned and hurt. I went to the doctor and they told me the same thing. It was herpes. I was in denial until i had my second outbreak a week later. My test results came back as HSV1.

My sores came w in 2-3 days after infection. I was feeling irritated down there after sex and more so each day went by.

Yeast infections don't cause open sores like that and herpes is often mistaken for yeast infections, because it's called the herpes itch.

Why haven't you been swabbed? I never watched any of mine blister either... Herpes presents so differently in everyone.

Sounds a tad like you're in denial. Please go get swabbed. If it has been 3 months since this first happened to you, then a blood test should suffice. Sores need to be swabbed w in 48hrs of breaking out.
