Could this be herpes or something else more serious?

So for the longest time I’ve had two bumps like these. I thought they were just skin tags at first because they were always there. Its probably been a year since I’ve noticed the first two bumps. Recently I shaved and hidden underneath were more bumps. I know I’ve never had this many. It was always just the two. I’ve only ever had sex with one person and that was my ex girlfriend. The last time I had sex with her was sometime in November 2022. It’s just weird to me that 4-5 months have past since I last had sex and I have all these bumps in my genital area. Could anyone help me out?

i believe them to be warts keep vaccinated for hpv

Yes, looks concerning in regards to herpes. Best advice, get into the doctors office and ask for a SWAB test when you have active sores or other herpes symptoms.

or HPV is those are not blisters?
