I recently had a condom break having vaginal sex with a high risk woman.
3 days later I had a 1.5 gram dose of zithromax as a precaution.
2 weeks later i noticed the sore in the picture. I assumed it was just trauma from where the condom broke, but it's been 2 more weeks and hasn't healed.
sometimes i can hardly see it and i think it's gone but in the morning, shower or when erect it either looks like a cut, or a purple sore. its not open or wet, and hurts slightly sometimes but not that bad.
I also discovered a very small bump hidden in my foreskin which may have always been there but not sure. its skin colored, but slightly painful if i touch it too much.
Are either of these things likely a sign of an sti?
