I dont usually look down there so i dont know exactly how my vagina suppose to look but ive seen another girls and it made me wonder if anything is wrong with me my anxiety wont let me restt !! i dont feel pain when urinating but i do get "heartbeat"feelings down there sometimes .. do my vagina look unusual im so confused and lost right noww

It looks totally normal, these symptoms you are describing might be attributed to a urinary infection, which would be the most common cause.
