it feels like a paper cut that comes and goes . hasn’t gotten worst over the past two days. no itching no burning with urination no discharge. no flu like symptoms . what u think ?

I agree with Anabel, your best bet is going to your local doctor and getting visual confirmation/test and get yourself on a treatment. Have you had any recent sexual activity?
