I started experiencing flu like symptoms long after a sexual encounter and what looked like pimples started appearing and have been like this since December. It started on the side of my shaft then healed within a month and the same bumps have made their way to my pubic area. I have extracted a lot of ingrown hairs from this area as well so I was hoping that's what it was but I'm still not sure because I know they don't cluster like this. Thanks.

Doesn’t look like herpes to me, looks more like a skin condition like Eczema or something. But if you are worried get them swabbed.
