I had similar issues about a year ago, but didn’t get a chance to get it swabbed (was already mostly healed). I showed pictures to the doctor I saw back then and they mentioned its hard to tell, but didn’t look like it herpes. The doc did say not to stress about it and if comes back, go get swabbed to confirm. It took about 4-5 days to heal last year.
Fast forward to about 5 days ago, I got same kind of sores/cysts in same location as last year (base of penis by the scrotum area). Was a bit itchy about a day or two before I noticed anything unusual, but no other real symptoms (I have been feeling like crap, but I also over drank on Saturday and haven’t been sleeping well past couple of days, so not sure if that is related). Interestingly enough, I never saw actual “blisters” or “pus filled” that would indicate herpes (granted I am no expert, and the location may affect things).
What do you all think?
