Yep, i've had days where i would wake up from 9 hours of sleep and feel like i haven't slept at all and not want to move or do anything. i could sit on the couch and not feel like doing anything and damn near fall asleep.
Sounds like RA to me or something similar! Get checked out!
Sometimes you just have to be your own advocate! I had gone to family doctor about horrible pain in my knees and arm and asked him if there was a test that could tell me why I was having all this pain! He looked at my fingers and said I didn't have any nodules like RA and gave me arthritis medicine! A year later After going to orthopedics and physical therapy I found a nurse practioner who ran blood tests! By that time she looked at my hands and told me then she suspected it! Also, I had another nurse, who had RA look at my palms and noticed they were blotchy red and told me that was a sign!
I have this terrible feeling in my throat at the moment. When i swallow saliva it feels tight and harder to do and there is a slight clicking sound, but drinking and eating i can swallow perfectly fine.
Never heard of that. Could be that you are really having a hard time dealing with all of your issues! Could just be stress related.
