hi, ive been noticing this for about a couple of years now. white spots on my penis head. it dont feel any pain or itch. pretty normal. but this spots and wrinkly skin are becoming more noticeable in appearance. im a brown asian male. 27 years of age. i was quite sexually active couple of years before. and have since reduce and have single partner for two years now. i masturbated quite often also. can anybody tell me is this a sign of anything? im worried.

the head of your penis is quite normal, every man has some sort of lumps and bumps somewhere, as you get older they seem to increase as well.
is your partner turned off by them?
does your partner even notice them?
do they flatten out when you have an erection?
thankyou for your reply. bit relieve to hear that. hmm my partner seems not to notice. but it has been awhile. yeah it flattens out and less noticeable when erected.
you could try using coconut oil on them once a week, that may “soften” them
